Crystal Singing Bowls

Crystal singing bowls, made from pure quartz, have been popular for decades as an alternative to metal Tibetan singing bowls in meditation and healing practices.

My singing bowls are tuned in the key of F, corresponding with the heart chakra.

All events and sessions are planned with special focus on full moons, solstices, eclipses, meteor showers, and other celestial events.

Sound Journeys support your personal journey of energetic healing. I currently offer Sound Bath Sound Journeys for meditation and relaxation, with various events and private sessions on the horizon.

Lakefront Studio

My lakefront studio is as much a part of the Sound Bath experience as are the crystal singing bowls.

Overlooking the beautiful shores of Lac La Hache, the studio is a safe, inviting retreat space for spirit-centred events and sessions.

With the studio's stunning lakefront view and timing with lunar events like the full moon, eclipses, and meteor showers, the water’s waves and movement become an integral part of your immersive Sound Bath experience.

The studio is fully equipped with comfortable spots to lie down and de-stress with the sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.

About Me

My name is Stephanie and I am a certified Sound Practitioner in the Interior of British Columbia, Canada. I have been playing my crystal singing bowls for a few years now and have decided that it’s time to share the experience of a sound bath and sound journey with others.

My training and certification, including 18 hours of instruction and 2 years of practice and supervision, is through Denise Blaney (B.Mus., B.ED) from her family-run business, The Sound Journey Store in Niagara, Ontario, Canada. She has over 40 years of teaching experience and is a Musician and Sound Practitioner herself.

The Sound Journey Store programs are all accredited and reviewed by the International Sound Therapy Association, ensuring I’ve received recognized and trusted training as a sound practitioner.
